Customer Relations is the first call center for the Tokyo Metropolitan region in the printing industry. With two bases in Tokyo and Hachinohe, we make mainly outbound calls to potential customers using an IP telephone system.
In addition to calls made by request from Vanfu's various divisions, we also make calls to request appointments for sales visits for proposals developed by CSRs within Vanfu.
We currently have a staff of 8 working within Customer Relations.
