The VMS Takebashi Station aims to provide the ultimate in small-lot, offset on-demand printing services.
Providing offset on-demand printing services has become Vanfu's stated challenge. In the past, on-demand printing was restricted by quality and paper size, and realistically it was difficult to call it "on-demand" in the truest sense of the word. However, through use of our current system, we have realized on-demand printing that gives beautiful results while allowing new levels of freedom. With the establishment of the VMS Takebashi Station in May 2005, Vanfu is now able to uniformly conduct processes from prepress to printing processing.
Vanfu, primarily through its VMS Takebashi Station, is able to respond to needs not only for small-lot printing, but also a variety of printed materials in lots of 2,000 or more. Additionally, other services are being widely expanded, including offering only CTP plate output as well as printing from film.

CTP is a method for making a printing plate directly from electronic data. As film is kept out of the process, there are none of the problems associated with dust and dirt infiltrating the process or blurring when printing the film on to a plate, and dot reproduction is stabilized. As image areas are reproduced directly on to the plate, plates with precise register can be provided.

| We provide prompt response for printing requirements using Windows data, traditionally considered to be difficult. Offset printing from a variety of Windows applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is possible.

| Printing and processing lines employing CTP are run at full operation, around the clock. We handle all types of printed materials and respond speedily to your requirements with a uniform and smoothly flowing system from printing to processing, handling processes including cutting, folding and saddle stitching.
